System Access Controls

Introduction

Gaining remote access to runtime environments is sometimes necessary for various tasks, including debugging, running migration scripts, and inspecting the behavior of running systems. To ensure security, such access must be restricted to authorized personnel, and all activities must be thoroughly audited.

Implementation of this control

  • Any remote shell session requires Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication, and comprehensive audit trails are logged in Flarekit.

  • This is a key aspect of our System Access Control Policy.

  • We regularly review all access audit trails to maintain security and compliance.
